Tenure Track Researcher (RTT) at the Department of Mechanical Engineering with which he has collaborated since 2009 first as a research fellow and then as a contract professor of the courses of "Metallurgy" and "Smart Materials". He carries out research in the metallurgical field relating to stainless steels, carbon steels, coatings and mechanical behaviour of materials; he collaborates with national and international companies to solve problems of mechanical failure, corrosion, fatigue and malfunction of industrial components and plants. Author of over 30 scientific publications, he has published three volumes on Steel Metallurgy with Marco V. Boniardi.
