Edison Shehu holds two Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Engineering with honors from the Politecnico di Milano. His research interests include impact mechanics and the effects of blast waves on structures, with a focus on material failure in metals, composites, and ceramics at high strain rates. He is particularly engaged in numerical approaches in computational mechanics, exploring novel methods such as data-driven techniques and advanced material modeling.
