Federico Morosi is an Assistant Professor (RTDA) at the Mechanical Engineering Department of Politecnico di Milano since 2021. He got his master’s degree in mechanical engineering in 2016 and his PhD in 2020. His research interests focus on the development of augmented and virtual reality technologies to support design and industrial activities, with an emphasis on their validation in terms of interaction and usability, as well as on digital tools to improve the product development process (CAD & AI). He has participated in national (MOST) and international (SPARK) research projects, collaborates with various companies, co-founded a startup and spin-off of Politecnico di Milano (Why Only White). He is lecturer of the course “CAD Modeling” at the school of Design and is involved in the courses “Methods for Technical Representation” and “Mechanical Design Laboratory – A” at the School of Industrial and Information Engineering.
