
Schito Paolo
Associate Professor
Paolo Schito has a master degree in Aerospace Engineering, and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a research on the numerical modeling of wind turbines.
His research is carried out in the field of wind energy and wind engineering, in particular the numerical modeling of fluid-structure interaction using CFD codes.
Author of over 50 scientific publications, his research is in the field of aerodynamics of both road and rail vehicles, in the modeling of atmospheric flow and its interaction with wind turbines and buildings.
His hobbies are at sea with cruises and sailing regattas and in the mountains, where he hikes and skis.
