Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano obtained in 2019.
PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano obtained in 2023, with a thesis entitled “Optimal Design of Higly Efficient Vehicles”.
In 2020 he attended the course “Analysis and Gradient Based Optimization of Laminated Composite Structures”, held by prof. E. Lund at Aalborg University. In 2022 he attended the course “Composite Manufacturing Processes: Analyses, Modelling and Simulations”, at CISM in Udine.
From November 2022 to October 2023, he was employed as research fellow at the Mechanical Engineering Department of Politecnico di Milano for activities on the study of the structural behaviour of a cold rolling mill for the analysis and optimization of the roll gap.
From November 2023 he works as young researcher at the Mechanical Engineering Department of Politecnico di Milano.
The main research areas are:
- Multiphysics analysis and optimization. Development of multiphysics models for the proper characterization of vehicles systems and subsystems. Adoption of multiphysics models for multi-objective optimization of mechanical systems and components.
- Optimal design of vehicles systems and components. Study and adoption of advanced design and structural design methods. Main applications concerns the design of ground vehicles systems and subsystems, with particular reference to highly efficient electric vehicles.
- Experimental activity. Development and integration of measurement instruments on vehicles for the analysis of performance and consumption.
