
Gandolla Marta
Associate Professor
Marta Gandolla got her PhD in Bioengineering at Politecnico di Milano (2013), she has been visiting at UCL Institute of Neurology (UK), and Fondazione Don Carlo Gnocchi (Roma). She is currently senior researcher at Department of Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.
The focus of her research includes exoskeleton, rehabilitation and assistive devices’ mechanical and control design, their on-field validation, as well as technologies to relief workers musculoskeletal system. She collaborates with WE-COBOT lab, she is co-inventor of three patents, and co-founder of AGADE and AllyArm.
She is teaching Applied Machines (Bachelor course, Polimi), Colalborative robotics and Paralympics and Sport rehabilitation (Master course, Polimi), and Healthcare robotics (Medtec program) courses.
